About this part

The HR-8820 trailing arm from Hardrace suits the BM/BR Liberty built between 2009 and 2014, fitted at the rear and pairing a hardened steel arm with a hardened rubber bush in place of the factory piece. A harder rubber compound cuts deflection under cornering and braking load without going all the way to a bearing, so the car keeps more of its set alignment while the bush still isolates the shell from road noise. Development runs through 3D modelling of the arm's angle and travel, with the rubber itself checked on a rotorless rheometer and tensile strength tester.

The same part for other cars

We have not run this part ourselves — the ones we have are marked on our cars.
