About this part

Whiteline's W63393 replaces the lower front inner and outer bushings on the rear control arm with a synthetic elastomer compound, supplied as four shell bushings and four fitting tubes. Each bushing measures 40mm outer diameter by 18.4mm inner diameter and 44.1mm long, with a 24.4mm flange 5.5mm thick. Factory rubber there is built soft to keep road noise down, which lets the arm move under cornering and braking load, so the alignment set in the workshop is not what the car runs mid-corner. A firmer bushing holds that position instead. Fitting takes about three hours and the car needs a wheel alignment afterwards.

We have not run this part ourselves — the ones we have are marked on our cars.
