This Process West top mount intercooler and intake combo (PWCAI03 + PWTMIC08B) is built for the 2003–2007 SG Forester XT. The top mount core is 499mm x 193mm x 90mm, rated to 400WHP, and pairs with a CNC mandrel bent aluminium intake tube finished in 2-Pac black paint and fitted with a K&N high-flow filter. Process West develops its cooling around a 3D scan of the actual engine bay rather than a generic core, since intake temperature is what decides whether a tune survives a hot lap. The box includes the TMIC, a Y-pipe/throttle body and BOV return silicone kit, an intercooler splitter and a hardware kit.
