The core measures 685mm x 285mm x 100mm, with polished cast aluminium end tanks and CNC mandrel bent aluminium piping for a lighter kit. Every Process West cooler is sized from a 3D scan of the actual engine bay rather than a generic core, since intake temperature is what decides whether a tune survives a hot lap.
